I use a multitheoretical approach when counseling, with a focus on Nature Therapy and Holistic Wellness. Let's meet for a hike on a local trail, meet at the greenway for a jog, or just sit and have a relaxing session at a park. Counseling outside of an office can more easily offer the full benefits of Nature Therapy and Whole Body Wellness.  Sessions are tailored to client needs and can involve hiking, exploring, hands on activities, exercise or even site clean-up.

I believe in whole wellness.....through the centering of mind, body and spirit.  I take a holistic approach in working with clients and believe that restoring the client's relationship to nature can have pivotal effects on the healing of the self.  We will explore not only your emotional health, but your physical and spiritual health so you can thrive in all aspects of your life.
